Processes are being written as we go, priorities move, and some of what you build will be discarded when the evidence says so. If you need a settled environment, this is not one yet.

Product and engineering work in the same room in Chennai; the corporate office is in Atlanta. At this size we are not set up to do fully remote well, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

We hire when a specific piece of work needs a specific person, rather than keeping a permanent pipeline open. That said, we read every speculative application, and more than one person here arrived that way.
If you build things in identity, applied machine learning, distributed backends or mobile — send us something you have actually made and tell us what was hard about it. That is more useful to us than a CV, and it gets a reply.

Attach a CV if you have one, but the thing we actually read is what you have built. A repository, a live product, a write-up of something that was hard — any of those tells us more than a list of employers.
