For investors

What we are, in the terms you would ask about anyway.

A short, honest brief on the model, the thesis and the stage — written to save you the first meeting.

01

The model

Tlde is a product development company. We originate our own platforms, build them in-house and hold equity in every one. Shared engineering, infrastructure and design run across the portfolio, so each new product carries a lower marginal cost to build and operate than the one before it. The portfolio is anchored by Yoomark, in continuous operation since 2016 — the newer bets are being built by a team that has already run a platform at volume for a decade.

02

The thesis

Generation has collapsed the cost of producing content and accounts to near zero. Value moves to what generation cannot manufacture: proof that a person is real, and structure that keeps information findable once there is too much of it. Tilde ID is our answer to the first and the platform everything else can eventually stand on; Tubelx, NoticeB and Yoomark are our answers to the second.

03

The portfolio

Tilde ID is the core. It is not a single product but a verified-human identity platform with eleven surfaces on one enrolment. Three are live in beta — ~Pass at the door, ~One at the login and ~Meet for verified meetings. ~Sign is in build, and seven more are mapped across health, banking and KYC, campus, commerce, civic identity, age proof and authority for AI agents. Each surface is a business on its own, and each one makes the enrolment behind it worth more. That compounding is the thing we are actually building.

Three further platforms sit alongside it. Yoomark is a local business advertising platform, running since 2016 and past two million ads, monetised through paid placement. Tubelx is a new AI video platform in open beta. NoticeB is a new board-based social network in alpha. All four share the identity, storage and deployment layer we maintain centrally.

04

The structural advantage

Corporate office in Atlanta, engineering hub in Chennai. That combination is deliberate and it is most of why the numbers work. The US side puts us in our largest market and next to the customers who buy identity and advertising products — Yoomark's listings are already American businesses. The India side gives us a senior engineering team at a cost structure that funds four parallel builds on the capital a single-product company would spend on one, plus direct exposure to the DPDP regime, where a great deal of the world's privacy-first product demand is about to originate.

05

Where we are

Yoomark has been live since 2016 and predates the Indian entity, which commenced operations in May 2025. Tilde ID is in beta with three surfaces live, Tubelx in open beta, NoticeB in alpha. So there is a decade of operating history behind the company and three new products that have not yet reached scale — and we would rather say exactly that than blur the two together. If you invest here you are underwriting a team with a track record and three bets that are still early.

What we look for

The right investor for a portfolio is not the right investor for one product.

A portfolio compounds across products and across years. That suits some mandates and genuinely does not suit others. We would rather establish which this is early.

A good fit

Patience for infrastructure timelines

Identity and discovery platforms take longer to reach an inflection than a consumer app, and then move faster once they do. Capital that understands that curve is worth more to us than capital at a better headline valuation.

A good fit

Distribution or regulatory depth

Introductions into financial services, public sector or publishing — and people who have taken a compliance-heavy product to market before — change our timeline more than money alone does.

Honest about it

We are not the right fit for

Mandates that need the new products already at scale, or that require a single-product focus. The portfolio structure is deliberate and we are not going to unwind it.

What you get

Direct access, plainly reported

Quarterly written updates covering each platform, including the ones going badly. Direct access to the people writing the code. No dashboards designed to make a flat month look convex.

Next step

Ask for the deck.

We keep a current materials pack — product architecture, roadmap, team and the commercial model for each platform. Tell us briefly who you are and what you invest in, and we will send it across along with a time to talk.

Start a conversation

Everything we build, we own.

The conversations we find useful are quite specific: investment, distribution and integration partnerships, and people who want to build these products with us. If you are on that list, we would like to hear the specifics.
